Advocacy and strategic planning - workshop in Mongolia

Description

This workshop, led by Kristine Paberza from the Latvian State Agency of Culture, will build the capacity of staff from the Mongolian National Library as well as colleagues from the Mongolian Library Consortium in advocating for the value to the development of society of modern service oriented libraries. In particular it will focus on advocating for the adoption of the National Library's new strategic plan, which was developed in the course of the Mellon funded project, by the stake holders - government, parliament, ministries, and the public.
