Birzeit University and Norway to cooperate on the development of an open research archiveBirzeit university library in Palestine, member of national library consortium PALICO, Tromsø university library and Telemark university college library in Norway have decided to work together in order to promote the development and establishment of an Open research archive for scientific publications and master and PhD theses from Birzei A busy April for PALICOPALICO members from the West Bank have participated in a one day workshop organised by one of the PALICO institutions, Bethlehem University on: "Reading and Technology at the Service of Everyone" which was held on April the 10th, 2008.
