International Seminar Technologies of Scientific and Educational Information Development and Use in the Network of Electronic Libraries in Uzbekistan

Description

The purpose of this international seminar is to bring skills on the usage of technologies in the creation and development of databases with scholarly electronic information in universities and libraries. The seminar is organised jointly by Uzbekistan National Library and Republican Information Library Center and will count with the participation of leading scholarly information providers such as EBSCO, Emerald, ProQuest, Springer and others. Likewise, the event will be an opportunity to learn about new technologies to create electronic libraries and information networks. Targeted audience includes heads of academic and public libraries, professors, librarians and students. The preliminary program is here attached.
