The Statement of Principles on Copyright Exceptions and Limitations for Libraries by eIFL, IFLA and LCA are available online in English and Polish. The international library community believes that there is an immediate need for a new understanding of the role of copyright exceptions and limitations in the 21st century and for corresponding action on the part of governments to include provisions in their national laws to address the realities of access to digital information.
