The next session of the WIPO Standing Committee on Copyright and Related Rights (SCCR) will include important agenda items: Limitations and Exceptions, and a discussion on the Proposal by Brazil, Ecuador and Paraguay, Relating to Limitations and Exceptions: Treaty Proposed by the World Blind Union (WBU). eIFL will be represented by Ms Awa Cisse from Senegal and Mr Rilwanu Abdulsalami from Nigeria, as well as Teresa Hackett, eIFL-IP.
