Open Access, Libraries, Adult Learning and e-Learning in Lithuania
Description
On November 25, Dr. Gintare Tautkeviciene, Kaunas University of Technology and eIFL-OA country coordinator, Emilija Banionyte, Vilnius Pedagogical University Library and eIFL-IP copyright librarian and Iryna Kuchma, eIFL-OA program manager participated in the International Conference "Adult Learning and e-Learning Quality", Kaunas, Lithuania, organized by Vytautas Magnus University in the framework of Lithuanian Virtual University program funded by the Ministry of Education of Lithuania, with support of Vytautas Magnus University and Centre for Quality Assessment for Higher Education. Open Access initiative was one of the conference topics and Iryna Kuchma gave a plenary speech “Advantages of Open Access, Quality and Progress of Research”
