At the DRIVER Confederation Summit, October 20, 2009, Ghent University Library, eIFL.net and DRIVER – Digital Repository Infrastructure Vision for European Research – announced a partnership to register repositories from eIFL.net network in the DRIVER Research Infrastructure so that their contents are harvested periodically, indexed into the DRIVER platform and presented in the DRIVER Repository search portal.

eIFL.net will support and market the DRIVER content policy (full-texts, e.g. via OA set), communicate DRIVER Guidelines and validator as self-assessment tool and provide help-desk support, validation and filling-in registration forms if needed. More information is here and here.
