http://ametist.inist.fr/index.php Ametist (http://ametist.inist.fr/index.php) is an OA journal on ICT and library issues for the French speaking community. Recently launched by the Institute of Scientific and Technical Information (IST) in France, it intends to publish two issues a year, one in March and the other one in September, which will deal with theoretical and practical matters regarding the implementation of ICTs in the field of information sciences.
