This site contains an author-submission portal; an archive of full-text articles, papers, and dissertations; the Comprehensive Bibliography of the Commons; a Keyword Thesaurus, and links to relevant reference sources on the study of the commons (i.e., any type of shared resource, be it environmental, electronic, etc).
DLC is an initiative hosted by Indiana University. It uses EPrints2, open source software which is compliant with OAI Protocol for Metadata Harvesting. Features for authors and readers include advanced searching; browsing by region, sector, and author name; an author submission portal for uploading a variety of document formats; and a service that uses email to alert subscribers to new documents in their area of interest.
