http://eprints.rclis.org/ Formed in 2003, E-LIS is an open access and voluntary-based initiative for scientific or technical documents, published or unpublished, on Librarianship, Information Science and Technology, and related areas. E-LIS currently houses more than 7,500 documents in different languages and as a free-access international archive it goes in line with the Free Online Scholarship (FOS) movement and the Eprints movement, based on the Open Archive Initiative (OAI) standards and protocols.
