http://www.ptolemy.ca/open_access.htm The Ptolemy project, a Canada-based professional organization which seeks to foster scientifc partnership between Canadian and African researchers and facilitate access to health sciences related electronic information, has compiled an extensive list with Open Access material fully or partially dedicated to Health sciences, including journals, surgery and medical resources, injury control and public health, subject guides and recommended websites. The e-resources listed at "The Ptolemy project" have been produced in diverse regions in the world, thus covering several languages, mostly English, French, Spanish and Portuguese.
