The SAGE Premier deal includes leading international peer-reviewed titles, including high-impact research journals published on behalf of scholarly and professional societies. SAGE journals cover a wide range of subjects areas in the Arts and Humanities, Social and Behavioural Sciences and Scientific, Technical and Medical fields.

The agreement between eIFL and SAGE means that institutions and consortia in eIFL countries can access SAGE Premier for a three year period starting in 2006 until 2009 at greatly discounted rates.
