The meeting has been organized by EIFL and will be facilitated by EIFL Public Library Innovation Programme (EIFL-PLIP) manager, Ramune Petuchovaite, and EIFL-PLIP Advisor for Initiatives in Africa, Janet Sawaya.

Delegates will review current training provision and reflect on outcomes of EIFL’s capacity building programme for public librarians in the three countries. They will identify training gaps and needs, and discuss ways ensuring that there is ongoing professional development of public librarians in the three countries in future.
