eIFL General Assembly 2008 in Bulgaria

In partnership with the Bulgarian Information Consortium (BIC), eIFL will hold its 8th GA in Sofia. eIFL country coordinators from Africa, Asia, Middle East, former Soviet Union and Eastern and Balkan Europe, together with invited speakers, publishers and eIFL staff and Board will gather in an intensive 3 day meeting to discuss eIFL future agenda and the role of libraries in the digital environment.
