Library Services for People With Special Needs

The theme of this IFLA satellite conference is The Homeless and the Libraries - the Right to Information and Knowledge. Zagreb City Libraries will present a paper on their innovative EIFL-PLIP-supported service for the homeless. The paper, titled "Libraries and the Homeless: Experiences, Challenges and Opportunities" will be presented by Ms Sanja Bunic, manager of the service.
