Emilija Banionyte awarded for her work in the promotion of Information Society in Lithuania

The Information Society Development Committee of the Lithuanian Government has awarded Emilija Banionyte with the New Book Smuggler 2007 prize which recognizes Lithuanians for their contributions to the advancement of information society nationwide. Emilija serves at the eIFL Advisory Board, is the president of the Lithuanian Research Library Consortium and works as library director of the Vilnius Pedagogical University. Congratulations, Emilija!
