Open Access workshop in Minsk, Belarus

On October 20-21, 2008, eIFL.net, Fundamental Library of Belarus State University and BelLibNet organised Open Access Awareness Raising workshop in Minsk, Belarus. As a result a national project modeling the Netherlands Cream of Science is being planned by Universities and the National library.
