[sagreenstone] multimedia collection problem

Hi Felix,

Would you please tell us the EXACT problem that you're facing. For
example, any error messages you may be getting or a particular task
that you're failing to carry out, etc. What format are your videos in?
(MP4, AVI, WMV...?) The more information you provide about your
problem, the easier it becomes to assist you.

Also, have you checked the documentation on the Greenstone site?
