[adlsngreenstone] Changes to list operation

Dear All,

I am sure we've all noticed that the list has been spammed several times in
the last few weeks. As a result, a decision has been made to moderate the
list, beginning the second half of this month (July). This means that when
you post a message to the list, it will not be sent to the list directly
but rather will be forwarded by the list administrator. This will help
eliminate the sending of junk mail to the list and hopefully maintain list
members' interest.

Please note also that anyone is free to post messages or respond to
questions/contributions made by others. The idea is for us all to share
experiences and learn from each other.
