[adlsngreenstone] Strange issue - Cant add users to Greenstone 2.85

Hi colleagues,

I have been setting up remote collection building environment using
Greenstone version 2.85 on Ubuntu 12.05 LTS.

After setting up everything, I seems to have problem in adding users using
Administration pages.

I tried to set permission on level of folder and files of /etc, in vain.

When I check errors o Apache, it complains of the following:

on: /usr/local/Greenstone/etc/key.gdb, referer:
http://localhost/dl/library.cgi*
*[Fri Jul 13 17:51:09 2012] [error] [client 127.0.0.1] File does not exist:
/var/www/favicon.ico*

After observing, ETC, itś there were no key.gdb file, I copied manually the
file from the working perfectly working environment to this one.

Now it gives me the following message:
