Dear eIFL coordinators and members of the eIFL-OA list,

It's a great honour and pleasure for me to join eIFL team. And it is  
also an easy step, because thanks to Susan Veldsman and Melissa  
Hagemann eIFL-OA program has a very good ground.

Looking forward to hearing your ideas and suggestions on eIFL-OA  
program this year and in a couple of years perspective and keeping in  
touch,
