group editing of documents?

Hi, everyone.

Tigran, Rima and I are working on editing some documents for eIFL- 
FOSS. Specifically, requests for funding, terms of reference for  
choosing eIFL-FOSS country coordinators, terms of reference for  
choosing pilot countries, etc. I would like it if this group could  
have input into the formation of these documents.

Has anyone done group document editing before? Is a wiki the best  
thing to use? Is this group interested in seeing and having input on  
these documents?
