Institute of Physics (IOP) APCs for open access publishing

OVERVIEW

EIFL has negotiated waived and discounted Article Processing Charges (APCs) for authors from EIFL partner countries when they publish in Institute of Physics (IOP) hybrid journals.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

The agreement is valid for IOP hybrid journals. Below are the agreed terms:

• Waived APCs - no fees for corresponding authors from: Congo DR, Ethiopia, Malawi, Sudan, Uganda, Ukraine, and Palestine.
• 70% discount for APCs for corresponding authors from: Côte d'Ivoire, Ghana, Kenya, Kyrgyzstan, Laos, Lesotho, Myanmar, Nepal, Senegal, Tanzania, Uzbekistan, Zambia, and Zimbabwe.
• 30% discount for APCs for corresponding authors from: Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Fiji, Georgia, Maldives, Moldova, Namibia, North Macedonia, and Serbia.

HOW DO I KNOW THE EXACT COST OF THE DISCOUNTED APC?

This title list shows the full price of the APC for each title. To work out what you will pay, reduce the price by 70% or 30%, depending on which country you are from.
