Partners in the ‘Digital skills@your local library’ project will conduct the fourth in a series of mobile ICT training camps for women and unemployed youth in Uganda. 

The training will take place at the Margherita Training Institute on the outskirts of Kasese town in Uganda’s Western Region. Trainers from Maendeleo Foundation, EIFL’s partner, will conduct the week-long training programme. 

The ‘Digital skills@your local library’ project, which is providing digital literacy training to thousands of women and unemployed youth and connecting them to free online learning opportunities, is funded by Belgium through the Wehubit Programme implemented by the Belgian development agency, Enabel.
