The conference will bring together a wide range of stakeholders – government representatives, civil society, intellectual property owners, industry associations, inter-governmental and non-governmental organizations – to discuss the role of intellectual property (IP) in economic, social and cultural development.

It will serve as a forum for the exchange of different perspectives at national, regional and international levels, and provides opportunities to engage with top experts from around the world to exchange experiences and best practices on how IP contributes to development.
