Iryna Kuchma, EIFL Open Access Programme Manager, will speak at a webinar on opportunities for researchers in Kyrgyzstan to publish in open access for free or at discounted Article Process Charges (APCs) through agreements negotiated by EIFL. The meeting is organized by the American University of Central Asia (AUCA) and the  language of the webinar will be Russian.
