Iryna Kuchma, EIFL Open Access Programme Manager, and Romy Beard, EIFL Licensing Programme Manager are to speak about open access publishing at the Scholarly Communication Stakeholders Meeting at the University of Cape Coast in Ghana.

The meeting, organized by the university’s Sam Jonah Library, covers a range of topics related to scholarly communication and aims to develop a roadmap for improving scholarly communication at the university.
