The 27th session of the WIPO Standing Committee on Copyright and Related Rights (SCCR) will meet in Geneva from 28 April - 2 May 2014.

Two days are devoted to discussion on exceptions and limitations starting with libraries and archives. EIFL is represented by Teresa Hackett, EIFL-IP Programme Manager and Barbara Szczepanska, Poznan Foundation of Scientific Libraries in Poland.
