MyLOFT stands for 'My Library On Fingertips'. It is an app for accessing, organizing and sharing digital content and e-resources subscribed by the library through a personalized mobile and web research platform. It allows users to download content and save for offline reading and supports traditional and modern proxy for accessing e-resources remotely.

  • Seamless access to e-resources remotely: supports traditional and modern proxy.
  • Access library subscribed e-resources: users can directly access databases, e-books and the latest articles from journals subscribed by the library.
  • Discover resources through the browser extension: the integrated browser extension identifies library-subscribed databases while users browse the web and allows articles to be saved with a single click.
  • Discover and access resources while browsing: Access Buddy guides users to library-subscribed resources through Google Search and Google Scholar, helping them seamlessly access available content within the browser.
  • Save content and access it offline: users can save content of their favorite blogs, websites or their library's e-resources for reading later. 
  • Tag and organize content: users can tag content for easy searching and offline reading, and organize content in folders for reference.
  • Annotate and take notes: users can highlight and annotate research content and add notes for future reference
  • Receive alerts about new articles: users can receive in-app and email alerts when new articles are published in their favorite journals or subject areas.
  • Discover personalized research recommendations: MyLOFT provides AI-curated recommendations from millions of open access articles based on users’ subject interests.
  • Use voice search and audio reading: users can search for content using voice commands and listen to articles through the built-in reader for improved accessibility and convenience.
  • Personalized user experience: the Smart Dynamic User Interface can adapt based on department, course or user category, with custom theming and dynamic widgets.
  • Access MyLOFT across devices: users can access MyLOFT through Android and iOS mobile applications as well as through the web.
  • View usage analytics and reports: library administrators can use Reports 2.0 and the administrative dashboard to monitor usage and access detailed daily, publisher, user-category, trend, click, journal-level and title-level reports, as well as business intelligence analytics for institutional reporting and management.
  • Integrate with library systems and services: API integrations enable connections with library systems, discovery services and publisher platforms.
