EIFL Public Library Innovation Programme (EIFL-PLIP) Impact Manager Ugne Lipeikaite and two staff members of the Ghana Library Authority (GhLA) – Ursula Birago-Yeboah and Nora Serwah Obeng – will take part in the eLearning Africa 2026 conference. The conference is a major global knowledge sharing event focused on digital education, training and skills on the African continent. 

EIFL and the GhLA representatives will present experiences from the Digital Learning @ Ghana Public Libraries project, which builds digital and information literacy skills of school students aged 12 - 18 and introduces them to free and open online educational resources. The project is being jointly implemented by EIFL-PLIP and the GhLA in Ghana.
