EIFL has renewed an agreement with Taylor & Francis, for three years until 31 December 2028. The agreement includes discounted access to journals and waived and discounted Article Processing Charges (APCs).

DISCOUNTED ACCESS TO READ

The agreement includes discounted access to 2,001 journals in various disciplines. Libraries in 11 EIFL countries are eligible for discounted access to the Taylor & Francis Science & Technology,  Social Science & Humanities journals collections and medical content available through the SDG (Sustainable Development Goals) collection.

  • Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Kosovo, Kyrgyzstan, Laos, Moldova, Myanmar, North Macedonia, Palestine and Ukraine

WAIVED APCS 

Corresponding authors from six EIFL partner countries can continue to publish accepted articles in Taylor & Francis fully open access journals for free. This means that they will not be charged any APCs. 

  • Congo, Laos, Malawi, Myanmar, Uganda and Ukraine

DISCOUNTED APCS

Corresponding authors from 26 EIFL partner countries can publish accepted articles in Taylor & Francis fully open access journals at discounted rates:

  • Armenia, Azerbaijan, Côte d'Ivoire, Estonia, Ethiopia, Fiji, Georgia, Ghana, Kenya, Kosovo, Kyrgyzstan, Latvia, Lesotho Lithuania, Maldives, Moldova, Namibia, Nepal, North Macedonia, Palestine, Senegal, Serbia, Tanzania, Uzbekistan, Zambia and Zimbabwe
