Milica Ševkušić of the EIFL Open Access Programme discusses how training plans can improve coordination when several trainers are involved, and make it easier to adapt and reuse training materials. The presentation draws on practical examples to show how a training plan can evolve over time and be adapted for different training contexts. 

The meet-up also considers what trainers can share after a training event. Rather than sharing only presentation slides, trainers can make training plans, exercises and other supporting materials available as reusable packages that others can adapt to their own audiences and contexts.
