EIFL in Nigeria

EIFL has been working in Nigeria since 2002. We supported the creation of the Nigerian University Libraries Consortium, and through this partnership, libraries in Nigeria are providing access to a wide range of scholarly e-resources.

In Nigeria, EIFL has supported open access awareness raising and advocacy workshops that have resulted in the launch of open access repositories.

We have also provided advanced training and a support service to raise awareness of library copyright issues, and to assist with copyright questions.
