PROJECT country - South Africa became an EIFL project country in 2011. Masiphumelele Public Library, South Africa is one of our Public Library Innovation Programme (PLIP) Phase 2 grantees, which replicate innovative services created in PLIP Phase 1.

Masiphumelele Public Library will provide free computer training and ICT to link unemployed youth to opportunities. This project is among 14 public libraries selected to replicate services created in the first phase of EIFL-PLIP. This service replicates Phase 1 service, Ghana Library Board’s Internet Access and Training Programme.
