EIFL has reviewed Malawi’s Copyright Act (2016) from the library point of view. The review comprises of three documents:

This document has two parts: Part 1 is a brief commentary on the Copyright Act and its key provisions for libraries; Part 2 is a factual guide that unpacks the sections relating to libraries and their services.
